Cases of acute renal failure totaled 326 cases with 204 children dying as of July 19, 2023. A study explains that the safety of a product is significantly related to purchasing decisions. Decision methods related to drug purchases have never been found until now. Feelings of indecision or anxiety due to the rampant cases of acute renal failure can be eliminated by the existence of a method or fixed scale. This study generally aims to help the community in determining drug purchase decisions through a method. The design in this study is to use a descriptive observational design with a survey research design. Data were obtained by interview and analyzed by making verbatim tables. Then, the algorithm was tested for validity and reliability on 30 samples. The results explained that the interviewees prioritized quality, price, and opinions from others in deciding to buy drugs. Researchers created an algorithm based on indicators of drug purchase decisions, including drug needs, drug usage history, drug information, and drug needs. The algorithm has been said to be valid as evidenced by the value of r count&gt; r table and reliable as an instrument that helps people determine as evidenced by the value of Cronbach's Alpha&gt; 0.6. Indicators of drug purchase decisions are influenced by drug usage history, drug needs, drug information, and drug needs. One of the medicinal plants used by the community is chrysanthemum leaves (C.Odorata). The use of traditional medicine still has drawbacks, one of which is that its pharmacological effects are relatively weak and slow, affecting bioavailability and the therapeutic effect is not optimal. The aim of the study was to determine the stability of the formulation of the SNEDDS of chrysanthemum leaf extract as an anti-diabetic agent and to determine the effect of variations in the concentration of oleic acid in the formulation of the SNEDDS on evaluation and stability testing. This research method uses the Quasy Experimental Design method. The simplicia was made into an extract and then made into a nanoemulsion preparation with varying concentrations of oleic acid. The results of this study in the centrifugation test were stable at F3. Unstable hot-cold and freeze-thaw cycle tests. Stable resistance to dilution test at F2 250 ml. Week 0 and 4 accelerated storage tests were stable on F3 and F1. The evaluation results showed that variations in the concentration of oleic acid had no effect on particle size and PDI values ​​but had an effect on the transmittance value (%) as shown in the One Way Anova statistical analysis (p&lt;0.05). The treatment for hypertension in pregnancy is the administration of methyldopa. Methyldopa transdermal patch is made by mixing the polymer first and then adding the active substance, namely methyldopa drug. It is intended that the polymer becomes an outer layer that controls the release of the drug. The resulting transdermal patch formulation was then evaluated, including organoleptic test, pH test, weight uniformity test, patch thickness test, folding resistance test, moisture test and penetration test using Franz diffusion cell. SPSS statistical data analysis. The penetration rate results showed F1 with 832.16 µg/cm2, F4 with 767.95 µg/cm2, F2 with 2819 µg/cm2 and F3 with 275.38 µg/cm2 all formulas have met the requirements. Based on the results of physical characteristics evaluation research, all formulas have met the requirements. The results of the in vitro evaluation of the methyldopa patch transdermal penetration test found that the difference in concentration in each formula had no significant effect on the penetration test. These compounds have the ability to lower blood sugar levels. This study aims to determine the antidiabetic effect of the ethanol extract of binahong leaves on alloxan-induced swiss male males. This type of research was experimental with the method of pre and post test with controlled group design, using 15 male swiss strains which were divided into 3 groups. Negative control (CMC Na 0.5%), positive control (Glibenclamide dose 0.65 mg/KgBB), and the treatment group ethanol extract of binahong leaves dose 17.5 mg/KgBB. Data on blood sugar levels obtained were analyzed using SPSS 23 with a 95% confidence level. The results of this study showed that the ethanol extract of binahong leaves at a dose of 17.5 mg/kg could reduce blood sugar levels in alloxan-induced swiss male mice. Data on decreasing blood sugar levels obtained were analyzed by One Way ANOVA, followed by LSD. Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) ranks 2nd with a prevalence of schizophrenia reaching 10.4 per 1,000 population. The high number of people suffering from mental disorders can lead to increasingly expensive costs. To reduce the problem of health financing, a cost-effectiveness analysis is needed by calculating the cost of antipsychotic drugs and calculating the Average Cost Effectiveness Ratio value. The aim of this study was to determine the cost-effectiveness of using atypical antipsychotic monotherapy with atypical and typical combinations in schizophrenia patients at RSJ Grhasia Yogyakarta. The research method was carried out descriptively and retrospectively using medical record data for the period January-December 2022, with a proportional sampling technique. Results: research shows that atypical monotherapy antipsychotics are more cost-effective with an Average Cost Effectiveness Ratio value of IDR 204.4/week of therapeutic treatment compared to atypical-typical combination antipsychotics with a greater value of IDR 343.2/week of therapeutic treatment. Indonesia itself has implemented a national health insurance program that prioritizes effectiveness and cost efficiency. This study aims to determine the average direct medical costs, INA-CBG's rates, the suitability of direct medical costs and INA-CBG's as well as the influence of treatment class, severity, number of secondary diagnoses, and length of stay on the direct medical costs of diabetes mellitus patients at Anutapura Hospital Palu. This research is a descriptive observational study with retrospective data collection from medical records and files detailing patient care costs at Anutapura Hospital Palu in 2020 from the hospital's perspective. The sample used was BPJS inpatients with a primary diagnosis of type 2 diabetes or non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (DMTTI) who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, totaling 132 patients. Data were analyzed descriptively and to see the influence of variables on total costs, the Independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney test were used. The research results show that the average direct medical costs are IDR 2,751,449, the average INA-CBG's rate is IDR 4,505,508, so there is a mismatch between direct medical costs and INA CBG's. Limpasu is a typical Kalimantan plant, where this plant has many nutritious contents such as antioxidants and has high potential to be used as a raw material for making microcrystalline cellulose. Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) is cellulose that is partially purified, then processed with ɑ-cellulose preparations. The aim of this research is to obtain microcrystalline cellulose from Limpasu fruit peel waste. The research method used in this research is chemical delignification, followed by hydrolysis using dilute acid to produce MCC, then characterized with Avicel PH 102 as a commercial comparison. Therefore, community pharmacists played an important role in providing appropriate advice for these patients. A cross-sectional study design was used. A questionnaire consisting of (1) pharmacy and pharmacists characteristics, and (2) two vignette cases of headache (tension headache and migraine due to an oral contraceptive) was developed. Data was collected using a structured interview with community pharmacists in an East Javan district. Data was analysed using content analysis. Appropriate recommendation was determined based on the literature and expert panel opinion. The total population was 81 community pharmacists. Of these, 47 agreed to participate. Of 47 participating pharmacists, 36 (77%) and 23 (49%) pharmacists provided appropriate advice in the case of tension headache and migraine due to the use of an oral contraceptive respectively. Appropriate recommendation provided by pharmacists varied according to the cases. Rosemary has a more fragrant aroma and can make mosquitoes uncomfortable and avoid it. This study aims to determine physical stability of mosquito repellent lotion. Lavender oil mosquito repellent lotion (Lavandula angustifolia) and rosemary oil (Rosmarinus officinalis) made in 3 formulas, namely F1 containing lavender oil (10%), F2 (15%), and F3 (20%), and F1 containing rosemary oil (30%), F2 (25%), and F3 (20%). Mosquito repellent lotion was tested for its physical stability using the cycling test method which included organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, adhesion, and spreadability. </em>In this research, citronella and lavender oils can be formulated into anti-mosquito lotions. The results of physical stability (organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, spreadability and adhesion) using the cycling test method show that the anti-mosquito lotion did not change during storage and the results were in accordance with the expected specifications. Flavonoids as antioxidants can inhibit the activity of the enzyme xanthine oxidase which causes uric acid not to form. Nypa fruticans or known as nipah is traditionally used in the treatment of asthma, leprosy, tuberculosis, sore throat, liver disease, snake bites, as a pain reliever, as a sedative and carminative. The content of flavonoid compounds in nipah plants includes chlorogenic acid, protocatechuic acid, kaempferol, gallic acid, hydroxybenzoic acid, rutin, quercetin, cinnamic acid, and anthocyanins. The purpose of this study was to isolate flavonoid compounds that have potential as antihyperuresemia from nipah fronds. The research process began with the extraction of nipah leaves using 96% ethanol by maceration, fractionation using liquid-liquid partition method, isolation using centrifugal chromatography (chromatotron) method and structure elucidation using 1HNMR, 13CNMR, FTIR and GC-MS. Antihyperuresemia testing was carried out in-vitro by inhibiting xanthine oxidase enzyme activity. From the results of the study, two flavonoid compounds were successfully isolated including (-) epicatechin, and chamferol. This condition is caused by two factors, namely genetics and the surrounding environment. Shallots (Allium cepa L.) are tubers that are used as a spice and medicine. The flavonoid and phenol content as antioxidants can rejuvenate and repair damaged hair cells, quercetin and kaempferol increase hair growth and prevent hair loss. This research aims to obtain a hair tonic preparation that has activity as a hair fertilizer and to obtain a hair tonic preparation that has good stability, is safe and efficacious. This research used experimental methods, effectiveness testing with Tanaka and accelerated stability testing. The effectiveness test results of healthy control, negative control, positive control, F2, F3 and F4 on the 21st day showed values respectively 12.8, 12.55, 17. .2, 16.5, 14.45 and 12.2 and stability test pH 5.73-6.82, density </em>0,990-1,031,<em> brown color, liquid form, aromatic smell. Due to the negative effects of synthetic antioxidants, people use other alternatives with natural antioxidants found in plants. Karamunting leaf extract has great antioxidant activity. To determine the secondary metabolite content contained in the ethyl acetate extract of caramunting leaves and determine the IC50 value obtained from the antioxidant activity test of caramunting leaves. Identification of compounds using phytochemical screening methods. This antioxidant test method uses ABTS reagent (2,2-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) and potassium persulfate which are analyzed with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The comparator used was quercetin. The results of phytochemical screening showed that the ethyl acetate extract of caramunting leaves (Melastoma malabathricum L.) contained alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, saponins and steroids. The results of determining λmax are 745 nm and the operating time measurement results are 38 - 42 minutes. The IC<sub>50</sub> values ​​of ethyl acetate extract of caramunting leaves and quercetin were 2.2419 µg/mL and 2.6821 µg/mL respectively. Teijsm . &amp; Binn. ex Kurz) against Escherichia coli bacteria in silico and in vitro. In silico assay of 20 compounds contained in Alphitonia species against the DNA gyrase receptor using PLANTs. Anti-E.coli activity assay of Balik Angin leaves macerated with 70% ethanol solvent using the Well diffusion method. In silico studies show that β-Sitosterol, Stigmasterol, Rutin, Kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside, and Zizyphoiside C have binding energies with DNA gyrase that can exceed Ciprofloxacin. The antibacterial assay results at a highest concentration of 26.56 mg/ml can provide an average inhibitory zone diameter of 12.75 ± 0.2 mm with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 1.66 mg/ml (5.87 ± 1.5 mm). Especially for the people of Indonesia is one of the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Because of this, the government issued Republic of Indonesia Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products, that not all products circulating in society are guaranteed to be halal. X facial wash is one of the products that has received a halal certificate and Top Brand Award for 3 consecutive years (2020-2022) in the first place for facial wash category. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the halal label, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions and whether there is an impact on repurchasing intention for X facial wash. The method used is descriptive quantitative and collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique. The number of respondents was 235 people who had purchased and used X Facial Wash product during the last 6 months. Data analysis shows that halal label, price, and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions, but have no effect on repurchasing. This means the existence of a halal label, affordable prices, and the quality of X facial wash products are the determining factors for consumers to purchase products, but not for repurchasing. This study aims to provide scientific evidence regarding the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on repurchase of cosmetic skin care products. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative verification. The research sample consisted of 255 respondents and was analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with LISREL software version 10.2. The results showed that brand image and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image, product quality, price and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase of cosmetic skin care products. Brand image and price are the main factors that can influence customer satisfaction, while product quality is not the main consideration that influences customer satisfaction for cosmetic skin care products. Stennis). Binahong leaf contains flavonoid, saponins, tannins and terpenoids compounds. The purpose of the study are determining the potential of extracts and fractions (n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water) in inhibiting the formation of biofilms, biofilm degradation and the value of P. aeruginosa bacterial MBC and to determining the working location of the most active binahong leaf fraction. Binahong leaf is extracted by using maceration method with ethanol as solvent. Then the viscous extract is fractionated with n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water. Antibiofilm activity test is carried out using a microplate and absorbance readings using a microplate reader at a wavelength of 595 nm. The antibacterial activity test uses the dilution method. The IC<sub>50</sub> value of the biofilm inhibition test on the extract, water fraction, ethyl acetate and n-hexane for P.aeruginosa bacteria was 0,94; 1,21; 1,03; 0,78. The EC<sub>50</sub> value of the biofilm degradation test on the extract, n-hexane, ethyl acetat, water e for P. aeruginosa bacteria is 10,95; 16,06; 12,35; 5,92. DENGAN PARAMETER SENYAWA MARKER https://e-jurnal.stikes-isfi.ac.id/index.php/JIIS/article/view/1859 <p><em>Mundar plants are native to Kalimantan which are believed to contain various marker compounds that have biological effects. Phenol and tannin are marker compounds found in the skin of G. forbesii fruit which are believed to act as antioxidants. This research aims to determine the antioxidant potential of marker compounds, namely phenol and tannin, by determining the total phenol and total tannin levels in the ethanol extract of G. forbesii fruit peel. Mundar fruit skin was extracted with ethanol solvent then the total phenol content was determined using the Folin-Ciocelteau method using a gallic acid standard and total tannin was determined using the vanillin method using catechin as a standard solution. The test results showed that the phenol content of the ethanol extract of G. forbesii fruit peel was 1.507 ± 0.041 % w/w equivalent to gallic acid and the total tannin was 0.257 ± 0.004 % w/w equivalent to catechin.
